Return & Exchange Policy
We will happily replace or refund your orders within 7 days, if the merchandise purchased has not been used and/or washed. All tags also need to be in place, and the invoice needs to be presented for the return or/and exchange to take place.
All requests for return and exchange of goods and merchandise will be entertained within seven days of order delivery to the customer, after which no return or exchange will be made.

- State the reason for exchanging the product, send the product back to us through any courier.
- Products requested in exchange will be dispatched once we receive the product back.
- The entire process may take up to 5–7 days, after which your new order will be dispatched.
- Exchange is possible only once.
- On exchange or re-forwarding, delivery charges will be applicable according to the weight of the parcel.

- State the reason for product return, send the product back to us through any courier.
- Once we receive the product back, you can ask for Cash Refund or Coupon Code.
- Coupon Code can be used within two weeks.
- The entire process of return/refund may take up to 5–7 days.
- Already paid delivery charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred to the provided bank account.
